TAG Program Overview

The primary goal of this initiative is to increase institutional transfer rates and shorten time to degree attainment for underrepresented student populations who transfer to Kennesaw State University. The strategy by which to accomplish these goals is to create a simple and streamlined transfer process. Key characteristics of this model call for the use of Enrollment Service Specialists, Graduation Coaches, peer mentors, and Learning Communities. This project is intended to target 4,000 students over a four-year period. Anticipated results are an increase in the number of underrepresented transfer students by 25 percent.

The secondary goal of this initiative is to ensure that students complete their Associate's degree prior to transferring into KSU.
